This is a replaceable soldering iron tip compatible with the following soldering irons and stations:

Applicable Models: KX-30R, KX-40R

Replacement Procedure:

1. Unscrew the barrel nut.

2. Remove the heater collar.

3. Replace the soldering tip.

4. Be cautious of the stainless steel collar inside the tip, which can stick to the heater. Regularly removing and reinstalling the tip prevents sticking and damage.

Note:

• Do not clean the tip with a cleaning pad or rasp-file.

• Oxidation reduces thermal conductivity. Clean with a moist cellulose sponge or use GOOT BS-2 Tip Refresher if needed.
